Prior to installation and/or provision of services by Provider, the subscriber is responsible for obtaining all necessary or required approvals and authorization from any competent authority, trustees or body corporate. Should such approval or authorization not have been obtained, Subscriber hereby indemnifies Provider against any claim or liability suffered by that reason.

Terms & Conditions
• The LTE-A Simcard is only compatible with Bula Telecoms recommended routers: Huawei B315, B618 and ZTE MF253, MF283+ and MF286 devices
• Bula Telecoms doesn’t provide support for an LTE-A Simcard inserted in non-recommended CPE/device
• Before purchasing this product, the customer must first check and ensure that there is LTE-A coverage by searching their address on the following link: https://bulatelecoms.com/bula-lte-a/#coverage
• Bula Telecoms is not responsible for an order that was placed then canceled at the time of delivery due to the lack of network coverage or inadequate coverage.
• Our LTE-A is provided as a fixed wireless broadband service. Should the customer relocate, the network coverage and reliability cannot be guaranteed.
• The customer must provide a clear copy of their ID for Rica verification and ensure that they have it on hand at the time of delivery
• The customer’s service will only be active upon successful RICA verification.
• Our courier partner will not deliver the parcel to the third party
• Services may become limited to specific base stations.
